At the time of check-in, the customer will be asked to show proof of identity (national identity card, passport). The credit card used to make the reservation may be requested if the La Résidence team deems it necessary.
If the customer is unable to present the card used to make the reservation, the Residence team will request another credit card in the name of the customer present. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID card presented. The Residence will keep the details of this credit card as a guarantee.
If an online payment has already been made, but the bank card used for this payment does not correspond to the details of the identity card presented at check-in, the Residence may request another bank card, corresponding to the identity card presented, and make a new payment, then refund the first payment made.
If the Resident refuses to produce his/her documents, or refuses to cooperate, La Résidence may refuse to finalize the check-in, the Resident will have the pleasure of staying, and La Résidence may, if it deems necessary, alert the authorities.
